Chapter Mission:
The PMIWDC chapter will provide exemplary service to its
members by being an outstanding component of PMI, setting the standard
for programs of the highest quality and value, serving as a model
corporate citizen, and promoting the profession of project management.
About the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors for the Washington DC chapter of PMI is
composed of volunteers who are elected every 2 years for a 2 year term.
Other than the presidency, which requires a 4 year commitment on the
board prior to running, all positions are open every 2 years. Many
