Mr. Mark Milleker

Mr. Milleker is Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for both CSC's North American Public Sector (NPS) -- Civil division and the Government Health Services (GHS) division. The Civil division with 3,000 employees and GHS division with 1,500 employees, markets and services all United States federal civilian government agencies.

Mr. Milleker provides both strategic HR direction and operational support. Previously he served as director of staffing and recruitment for CSC's former Federal Sector. Mr. Milleker has more than 20 years of HR and operations experience including a comprehensive knowledge of staffing, recruitment, HR information systems, employee relations, consulting, training, compensation, and acquisition and contract transition management.

Prior to CSC, Mr. Milleker was chief operating officer for Next Day Express; Southeast Regional HR manager for Price Waterhouse's management consulting services practice; and management consultant for the Zurich Worldwide Insurance Group. He holds an MS degree in business from Johns Hopkins University, a BS degree from Radford University and an advanced certificate in employee relations law.
