Janet Griskonis, PMP
Over 20 years of project control experience with an emphasis in Earned Value Management and implementation in the last 8 years on large and small defense contracts as well as government health solutions contracts, Janet Griskonis has used her project management expertise to successfully implement an Earned Value Management System in addition to playing a key role in preparing control account managers to successfully pass two Integrated Baseline Reviews on the Future Combat Systems program.
Janet has taught the Fundamentals of Earned Value Management to 40 project managers and project control to educate and train on developing and maintaining Earned Value Management processes and procedures to ensure ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.
Janet is currently in a lead role in Government Health Solutions as an EVMS Specialist to guide project management and project control in establishing a cost, schedule and technical baseline in order to manage a performance measurement baseline, conduct variance analysis, and provide corrective action and solutions to staying on schedule and within budget.
